Suggestions to Avoid Eye Strain When Using PC's

Hi, I use my PC a lot but have found in recent times that my eyes get increasingly tired from looking at the screen.

I wear glasses for looking in the distance (e.g. driving and cinema) but don't need them for reading. However, when using the PC, I do wear anti-glare glasses (that I got from my optician). They do help quite a bit but I still get the tiredness and eye strain.

Regular breaks also help, but it is not enough.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to avoid eye strain and tiredness when using the PC?

    Thanks!
