Need Solicitor for changing site ownership

    Will be transferring ownership of a site from Husband and wife to wife only.
    Anyone know a Solicitor that doesn't charge too much.

    Any solicitor should be able to do this, but if there is a solicitor who did a transaction with teh site already, he should have an amount of the work done already.

    Ask around locally to see what prices are and then ask that solicitor. Typical make-up is fee+VAT+outlay.
