Just wondering what's the cost of 2x4's per metre. I also heard there's a special type of plasterboard designed for sound insulation. How much would that cost…

I also heard there's a special type of plasterboard designed for sound insulation. How much would that cost per square metre.
Any other sound proofing tips would help greatly too.
