Been humming and hawing over a ds dsi for ages cause want to play new super etc, but can't justify the expense for one game Is there anything else out there an adult could enjoy

Oh for gods sake. The DS is chock full of more good games than probably any other console ever. And what do you mean that an 'adult' would enjoy? Just because it's got cute graphics doesn't mean a grown person can' enjoy it. Just buy a DS, get some castlevanias, pheonix wrights, Conta 4, Devil Survivor, professor layton and some other games and start enjoying yourself. New Super Mario Bros is probably one of the more disappointing games on the system (the wii one is way way better).
