32LH4010 - not 100Hz?

I got the 32LH4010 from yourselves this morning (thanks for quick delivery btw).

The lad I was chatting to on the phone said it was 100Hz, so I snapped it up, figuring that along with 1080p, it'd be great.

However, having it opened a while now, and going through all the menus, there is no TruMotion 100Hz suboption.

So, am I right in thinking that this TV really doesn't have 100Hz?

    TIA.

    Byte,

Thanks for the post & apologies for the delay in our reply.

Unfortunately I have to report that you are dead right - the 4010 is a 50Hz set - I will have words with James A about his product knowledge (lack of same) and hopefully the same thing won't happen again.

On the subject of your own set - I'm sure you need it for Christmas so if you would like to hold onto it over the Christmas period - we will arrange a refund or replacement (at your wish) after Christmas - I hope that's okay with you??

I have PM'd you my direct lines so if you want to have a chat just give em a call or drop me a line.

Apologies again and hope to hear from you soon,

    ATB,

John Mc & Crew (JamesA go & stand in the corner...)

    Hi John,

Thanks for the response, and indeed, thanks for the phonecall earlier - well above what I'd expect! So, bravo on the Customer care front.

Like I'd said to you on the phone, it seems the 37"+ versions of same does have 100Hz, so it's understandable why James might've thought so too (It's quite odd that LH4010's are all 100Hz except the 32" - heck, even a German etailer shows it as having TruMotion 100Hz).

Anyway, I appreciate your offer regarding replace or refund. I'll think it over. I won't be calling for a refund, as I wouldn't get the same service elsewhere, however, I might take the 37" version and pay the difference.

As it stands, the current set still is emblazoned with the stickers on the front, and I've kept the box and packaging.

Thanks again John, for a fab service.
