Wii Guitar Hero/Rock Band question

    Just wondering if the Guitar Hero guitar's work with the Rock Band titles, particularly The Beatles version?

    I've bought the Metallica bundle pack for a Xmas present & was gonna buy The Beatles Rock Band game to go with it.
    Seems to be mixed opinions on both Play & Amazon.

    Can't say for definite as I don't own TB:RB but the GH Guitars work in RB 2, and Beatles is based on the same engine and came out afterwards, so it stands to reason that it will too. Far as I know only RB 1 doesn't work with GH instruments. The ultimate authority is :

    which says Yes to the GHIII, GH:WT and GH:Aerosmith guitars - Metallica / GH5 / VanHalen don't get mentioned but the GH5/Metallica guitars are the WT guitar far as I know.

    Bear in mind that RB instruments don't work in GH for the Wii, at least as far as World Tour, in case you're thinking of going for a Rickenbacker.

    You can buy a real guitar and amp in dunnes for 89 euros, less than the cost of the fake kit for rockband/guitar hero

    I have purchased the Beatles Rock Band, and I apppear to be having difficulties connecting the kit with Guitar Hero World Tour. I expected it to work, but now pretty pis*ed I have to get another guitar to play Guitar Hero!
