Pixmania says my order dispatched monday of last week...still nothing!

Hi all. Ordered a laptop HD from pixmania on the 5th. It was dispatched on the 7th(5-7 day delivery option) and I still haven't received it.Any advice? Sent pixmania a query via their site contact but apparently that system is horrific and I'm still awaiting a response a day later.

my 24-48hours delivery for extra tenner was 5 days so stay cool
