    Hey Guys,

Quick question. My I Phone's web browser is defaulted to Google, but it's Google UK so any searches I make return UK results. Is there any way to have it default to Google IE?

Settings --> Safari --> Search Engine is where I have it set to Google. You can choose between Google or Yahoo but there seems to be no way to narrow it down to Google Ireland.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have a look under Settings -> General -> International and check that the region is set to Ireland

Your web browser is Safari. Your search engine is Google.

Google goes by your IP address, your ISP must be giving you a UK IP.

Hilarious, another useless smartarse on boards, just what we need!

The OP had an obvious question, the semantics of the wording didn't require a 'witty' response.

it was pretty obvious though that the op confused the two,

fair enough this was clarified, but the post was no help to him at all.

Hope its all sorted for you now op.
