    saw this video on youtube, and was wondering what the thing behind the bridge on the singers guitar is. he makes some makes wierd noises with it at the start and end of the song. To me it looks like the baby from an etch-a-sketch mating with this.

    Depends on the guitar - I think he has one with a Fuzz Factory built in and a scratch pad that replaces the touch-sensative plate you find on the pedal (the pad controls the setting of the dial where even the designer doesn't know what it does, signalwise) - coming into contact or close to contact with the plate makes the distortion go from a little bit mental to Elin Woods and back again. If you look on the Manson guitars site, they have a few hints about what type of hardware they build into Bellamy's gear.
