Sell my house for a tenner??

    So here's the pitch.

    If hypothetically after a house bequeathed to Brother A, was to be sold by Brother A following a court directive and proceeds divided equally between Brothers A&B&C, could Brother A technically sell this house for whatever he liked? eg €10.00? Or would he be obliged by Irish law to sell for whatever the market asking price might be?

    Have heard in the past that you are not obliged to engage an Estate Agent, also heard if somebody makes you an offer that you are content to accept you may do so unchallenged.

    Would be interested to hear some professional advice please!!
