0818 365000 is their reservations number. They should be able to help you out. Open from 8am every morning according to website.

    On aerlingus.com :

Manage Booking > View your Itinerary & Request Confirmation E-mail (and then enter in your details)

If it's a case that you don't know your reference number or you simply can't receive the email for whatever reason, don't worry. Unless your flying transatlantic, it's not necessary to have the confirmation email. Just show up at the airport and present your passport at check-in. If they ask for the ticket (they usually don't), just explain what happened and you'll be grand. All the itinerary info is on their system.

Alternatively you could just check-in online and avoid any potential hassle at the airport.

If it's a case that your flying to the US, give Aer Lingus a call and they'll sort it out for you.

As Enigma' said, you don't need your reservation number, just your passport.

If you call though you can have a new e-mail sent out in a few minutes (they'll need your name + the day that you booked the flight for).

I had to call last month as I didn't get the e-mail and had forgotten if I was flying on a Sat or a Sun. When I told them that I couldn't remember that day they told me that they couldn't help me (it was a security issue).
I called back, got through to someone else and took a chance that it was a Sunday and got it right !

Anyone know how I could get a confirmation e-mail without a reference numer? The phone only goes to a computer. Flying to the UK.

You don't need a confirmation number to fly with Aer Lingus.

if you really need it then call and ask them to send it again.

Since then I have traveled with Aer Lingus and never bother even checking if I got the e-mail, I just turned up and they look at the passport and give ya the ticket, no problems.
