Ripwave/Belkin Wireless Router Issue

Our Ripwave box was picking up no signal so I rang IBB. Our Ripwave box was picking up no signal so I rang IBB.

Apparantly because its connected to a Belkin Wireless Router its being knocked off the nearest IBB main station as the Belkin keeps trying to renew the IP. They said some configuration in the belkin is causing this. The Belkin has the latest firmware and has been working fine the past year so I dont know why this is suddenly an issue.

Does anyone know if there is a setting I have to configure on the router for this as I dont have a spare few hours or the patience to deal with Belkin support.
