Where is the UCC Starbucks?

    I keep seeing the empty Starbucks paper cups around the place but I don't know where it is.

    Other recommendations for nice coffee around UCC welcome.

    Ground floor of the O Rahilly Building, don't know anywhere else to get decent stuff, though I've only ever tried the student centre cafe (gick)

    yeah the mini restaurant and "coffee dock" in the ORB. small bit pricey but definately worth it! they have loyalty cards too 9 coffees 1 free obviously they dont advertise them so you'll have to ask on the sly! when youre doing 3 cups a day they come in very handy! :)

    I made it to the coffee dock and had my lovely Starbucks coffee. Strange, it's not a very student type place. The vast majority of customers were over 40, are they staff maybe? And while I was there this guy in a Christians (school) uiniform came in and bought a few takeaway coffees. And a few guys in builder clothes, they might be working there repairing flood damage but it looks as if plenty of non-students frequent the place. Why didn't I know about this before? I'm studying part-time so not at UCC very much but I'll be back for the coffee if nothing else!

    Well I'm sure they don't have to specifically serve just UCC students. Plenty of non-UCC students pass through the college like Secondary School pupils etc. so I'm assuming Starbucks will sell to anyone!

    There's nothing better than a €1.40 coffee in the restaurant downstairs. :D

    Honestly though, is Starbucks actually worth it? I haven't had one yet.

    Worth it? Ohhhhhhhh yeh ;)

    One of my fav ways to have their fab mocha frappacino is with a bottle of bubbly and my g'f. Don't think I need to draw any pictures do I? :D

    Green Kiwi beats them all. €1 for a coffee thats actually made properly in front of you. Its cheaper than the Mains cheep coffee and wahay nicer!
