Had issues with them in the past with stuff taking over two weeks to arrive. When it did, it was marked as Euro48 shipment. Can't remember who the carrier was but they had lost the package in some distribution hub. Seems to be fairly common too.

Other orders over the past few weeks have arrived fine and on time, other than broken stock that is :)

I've been getting anything I ordered that was in stock pretty quickly. Order last Wednesday arrived Monday.

Still waiting on an order placed on Nov 4 !

In fairness they have communicated the delay to me, but still, at this rate it will be spring before the turbo arrives.

    Cheapest shipping option chosen.

It could depend on the availability of the items ordered? I got everything quickly that was in stock but there is another order that was "2-7 days" when I ordered but now the items seem to have slipped back to "available early January."

Potentially could be to do with the series of Postal Strikes they had in the UK a while back?

+1 Ordered Wednesday, still waiting. But I don't mind, as long as it arrives before the weekend.

no joy today, get the standard response but its not much good, orders were for winter clothes so hopefully will get them for the win ter...

has anyone not received goodS? not quite sure how that works, they say they sent it, you say you didnt, who wins?

    Thank you for your email.

Your order was despatched on 25 Nov 2009 via Air Mail.
Please check with any neighbours to see if a card has been left for you and if your local sorting office are holding any parcels for you too.
Sometimes Air Mail do not leave a card but the order is still at the sorting office, we have had this happen on occasions.

Please allow 15 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. Sometimes it takes longer to deliver.
Please get back to us after this period if you will require further assistance.
Thanks for your cooperation and sorry for inconvenience.

    There is no tracking number.

Email them tomorrow and say, as requested, contacting you after 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Stuff does go missing in the mail.

They will sort you out if you don't get it, they are good that way. I only once didn't receive something- was from PBK, it came eventually after I think three weeks, post date was when PBK sent it and had been opened by the post office and re-closed. IIRC PBK wanted me to wait 21 days before they could lodge a claim with the post office.
