Does anyone know if these are available or if there are any companies that can help you with a visa for volunteer work in the states?

I haven;t heard of a specific volunteer visa, but you could look into toher types of visas which do similar things, such as J1 if you are a student, or R1 if the volunteering is for a religious group.

I'm on my third J-1 visa, they won't give me another one!

It is for a religious group but the US visa site states :
United States law authorizing the non-minister special immigrant religious worker program expired on March 6, 2009. Therefore, “R” non-immigrant visas cannot be issued to non-minister religious workers until further notice.

    Anyone know anything about this?
