Damit! It got me! I was so excited and had my hopes up for a 'free' cappuchino as a result of finding that €1. Bent over with a smile on my face only to fail in dislodging it and become the source of laughter for those watching :o

I got fooled in school by this trick once and i swore never again. So now, i give every coin on the ground a little kick before i go for it.

good work whoever did it. I saw it earlier but decided it wasnt worth nearly breaking my neck for a euro.

there was a 2€ piece glued outside the library last week that a whole group of lads were trying to get. If they did get it, it was worth about 30 cent each to them. Fair play

Any girl reading this should have no trouble getting that coin off: just use a bit of
    nail polish remover
. Might work for some guys too. :pac:

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Now I'm a scabby old cow. But I SERIOUSLY draw the line at getting down on the ground with a bottle on polish remover for ONE EURO

I'm tempted to take a 2 hour round trip to UCD (at the expense of about 8 or 9 euro) and remove said coin. Just because I can.
