Double booking double pay touramerica.ie help

    Hi people,
    I just made a booking for a flight with touramerica.ie
    It gave me an error message at the end and I didnt receive any mail, so I tried to book the same flight again. Got the same error again.
    Check my bank, charged twice for it. :(
    You cant be booked twice on the same flight I assume but can I have one cancelled by touramerica.ie and have that one refunded?
    I made the bookings this morning and they don't open until 10am and Im worried, that money they took from the second booking is my Christmas money. :(

    I doubt you'll have any problems (though it may take some time to have the second flight refunded). If you're doing nothing today them maybe call into their office rather than just calling?

    Their computer had a glitch and they rang me back just a second ago and solved it very well.
    I take back my negative words. :)

    They seem to be a good company.

    BTW I didnt make the mistake, their website did. They saw that too and thats why they solved it in a perfect way. :)

    Well I rang them and they werent too impressed.
    They just said ohh yeah saw it this morning, I just voided them both.
    So that will take 7 work days at least said AIB (and thats optimistic).
    Why the hell did that woman void both??? They didnt call me, just click, gone...
    Now I have 900 euro less, no flight, no money.
    As soons as I have my money back, Ill book somewhere else.
    What a ****ty company, so disappointed. :( :mad:

    I travelled with them this year to Florida and was more than impressed.

    You made the mistake, they are giving back your money. What more do you want?

    Some companies wouldn't be so kind and would not pay back in full!

    I didnt make the mistake, their website did but like I posted, they rang me back and its solved.

    I will book with them again, really friendly person who rang back. :)

    Hopefully I will be travelling again with them this year - VEGAS BABY!!! :D
