Help with Mircrokorg XL

Hey everybody I recently bought a microkorg xl but I'm having trouble getting the sounds into Ableton. It has a USB connection but when I plug it into ableton I can only get it to work as a master keyboard. I can't record the sounds from the microkorg into Ableton. Any ideas?? Thanks

You need an audio interface to process the audio you want to send.
Sadly, its not as simple as plugging in the usb.

Get yourself a toneport or similar. i bought one as my first soundcard.

toneports are great for the money and will do the job.

To clarify - the built-in USB is just an internal MIDI OUT -> USB adapter.
