    I'm dehydrated, I've a splitting headache and my stomach feels like it is in a blender. To make it worse, I kept waking up every hour last night which resulted in a total of about 2 hours sleep.

    Am I going to die?

    Yes, you are. But it probably won't be today, and it will probably make how you feel now look like a day at the beach. It will also involve a lot more incontinence than you mentioned, and a deep creeping regret about the relationships you messed up and will never get to repair.

    On the bright side, you may have some people around to help. On the dark side, they probably won't be great at hiding their impatience and disgust.
