'Event' voucher for my mum?

Hi all. For the last few years, my mum and I have usually exchanged vouchers for a nice trip or something, e.g. a day at a spa, and this year she's treating me & my boyfriend to a night in a posh hotel when we're on our hols. I want to get her something nice too, but have done the spa thing a few times and want to try to get her something a bit different. Was considering maybe a voucher for afternoon tea in a posh hotel here in Dublin, but you don't seem to get very much bang for your buck, so to speak...?!? Any thoughts about this, would it be worth the cash? Has anyone (or their mum) done afternoon tea and really enjoyed it? My budget is around 80 euros, so I can afford it, but I just dunno if a voucher for tea looks a bit measly...

Any other suggestions? I was hoping to find a nice concert or something, she likes classical music, but the Swan Lake ballet is too expensive and can't see anything else nice.

She's 64 and likes art, classical music, the countryside... She's quite fit and healthy though not too active (i.e no bungee jumping or quad biking etc) I'm stumped for other ideas.
