    i have to get a high seated car, as i have mobility probs, it also has to have an auto box, and be a comfortable drive, and a max price of 2,000, my milage would at the most be 6,000 each year,what springs to mind is a suzuki vitara, what do you guys think, other makes will be also considered thanks in advance for your time and help.

    youd get a 00 or 01 in the UK for £2k, vrt about 500.

    you can get a vrt and vat exemption on a new or secondhand car if your disabled.
    you only have to make a simple modification to the car and you might be able to buy a bit newer.
    you are also exempt from road tax and get excise relief on fuel.
    you will have to get a primary medical certificate.
    you can find out how to apply from revenue or health board.

    i am not eligable for the vat exemption, i am inclined to go for the pajero pinnin that bazz 66 pointed out.

    If you are disabled, then in addition to the VAT relief on Fuel, and the VRT, ou should also be able to get an exemption on road tax, as the vehicle would be a necessity to get around, and not a luxury

    How to qualify for a primary medical cert and VRT exemption:

    * Are completely or almost completely without the use of both legs or
    * Are completely without the use of one of your legs and almost completely without the use of the other leg to the extent that you are severely restricted as regards movement in your legs or
    * Are without both hands or both arms or
    * Are without one or both legs or
    * Are completely or almost completely without the use of both hands or arms and completely or almost completely without the use of one leg or
    * Have the medical condition of dwarfism and serious difficulties of movement of the legs
