Complicated Projector Screen Install...

I'm looking for some advice / recommendations on my electric projector screen install.

The reason it's complicated is that I want to install it in a bay window (i.e. above the curtain rail)... but the bay itself is about 2-3" shorter than the screen's casing :)

I've confirmed that the actual *screen* itself will fit, so if the entire unit itself can be mounted where I want it (more than likely by taking a gauge out of the side of the bay in some fashion) then the screen can retract etc. freely.

I'm trying to figure out exactly what my options are! One side of the housing is slightly longer than the other as to accomodate things like the 12V input, the external IR input and most importantly, the manual screen buttons. So, if this side is to be 'hidden' away in some fashion, I would still need access to it.

Attached is a horrifically crude overhead room plan that, needlesstosay, is not to scale :) But it shows the bay window, where I would like the screen, the length of the case vs. length of the screen, etc. It should give an idea of what my problem is, anyway. I hope :)

I'm open to all suggestions on this. The way I imagine it might need to be done is a sort of "toilet roll holder" approach whereby I cut holes in the wall either side of the desired location and feed the screen + casing in one side at a time. This doesn't really solve my issue of needing access to the switches, however, which might have to incorporate some kind of door or something.

What would really be a GREAT help would be if someone could recommended Home Theater Installation professionals who would work on a job this 'small'. It may also include some cable routing, the actual projector install, etc. so there's a bit more involved. But getting this screen up is the priority!

    Thanks in advance, as always!

No-one? But I spent so long working on that beautiful diagram :)

I have contacted Sight & Sound here in Dublin to see what they think. They were very helpful over the phone and are happy to take a look at it for me.

Still keen on hearing people's ideas here, though!
