Apparantly Q's has been steadily improving recently, more info here.

I've been meaning to pop down for a while now but I've been much too busy. :(

I know it's the other side of town but crossguns is a great club, a real snooker club, no idiots etc, and the tables are getting recovered after xmas, more info at www.crossgunssnookerclub.com

I see (from the picture on the website) that Crossguns have a few tables and people usually mention it as a decent club on here. Can they not muster up 6 players for an old league team...Same with Q's.

Up to 5 years ago we always had a league team and always did well, but lads get married, some r located due to work, so the team broke up. During the summer there was a lot of talk of putting a team in again but it never happened.A lot of good new players in the club now due to other nearby clubs closing down so hopefully we can get a team or two in next season.
