    just got a burger van what rules are there for setting up any advice welcome thanx the burger boy

    I think you have to be certified/licensed by your local health authority, try contacting them. Good luck with the venture.

    And as well as that you would need permission from the local authority to trade (where ever that may be, be it along the side of the road). Seperate permission may be needed if you are trading on private property (e.g. inside a GAA ground)
