    Hey.

Im looking for somthing that will allow me to watch movies from my netbook on my tv. Is there a device with a vga and audio input with a scart or rgb output that converts the vga signal to tv?

I've had a look on google and dealextreme and they're not helping much.

    Any advice much appreciated.

Some recent TVs have a VGA input

Does your laptop have an s-video output ? Its about the size of a mouse plug, and often yellow? If so you might try an s-video to RCA (phono) cable with a RCA-SCART adapter. You should find one on EBay easily enough, but not all SCART sockets on TVs will accept this signal, and you'll need another cable for the audio.

I've tried this, but it hasn't worked for me yet.

I found this on dealextreme when i looked the second time.

    http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15223

All i need now is a jack to rca(red/white) cable for sound.

    Thanks for the help.:)
