water draining out of toilet

    hi lads. just a question about a toilet bowl. when i flush it all of the water drains out of the bowl. anyone have any ideas on what it could be?? thanks

    Is it leaking out on the floor or being sucked out with the flush? The former speaks for itself, the latter suggests that the waste pipe isn't vented corectly.

    Have you recently changed you plumbing. Got an attic convesion or something. As suggested above it suggests a vent problem.

    its being sucked out with the flush. i havent changed the plumbing. its only started happening the last few days and im living in the house since august.

    if the pan fills up more than normal then the water drains out completely its usually a blocked sewer , check the manhole or a.j.
