I used an Olympus voice recorder from Lidl during my thesis. It wasn't exactly the same as the one you linked to, but I found it grand. It depends what you need it for though, I used it for interviews where both of us were no more than 2 feet away from it. Any further than that and it didn't pick up everything clearly.
