02 bb keeps freezing

    i have a dell inspiron 1501 with vista home basic on it
    at random times 02 bb dashboard stops respondin and the only way to fix it is to restart the laptop

    any ideas why

    i have the e1752, only have it about 3 weeks, the laptop i was usin has since broke and now i'm usin it on a desktop, only usin it since yesterday and no problems so far
