    Hi for christmas i want to get a personlised calender for my parents but was wanting to put old photos on the calender, but what would i do? Do i bring the old photos in or do i have to try and put it on a memory card?

    There was a thread on personalised calendars a while back, so you could look there for a few web suggestions.

    If they're old photos, however, it may be slightly different. If you have a camera that has a good macro lens, you could try photographing the old pictures and see how they turn out. The other option is to bring the photos in to a shop which specialises in old photos and see if they can help. I know my aunt got an old photo copies and restored recently and it was a great success.

    What about the scanner? You could scan your old photos and bring them to the shop on your memory stick or send them. It depends on the company you're working with. Scanned pictures would be better than the photos of the photos...
