Anybody know good places to buy game meat in or around dublin. The sort of things I am looking for are goose, venison, mallard, pheasant etc.

    Any help appreciated.

I got venison leg steak in Superquinn. For mallard and pheasant, you can get them in the Temple Bar Food Market on saturdays

Saw both venison and pheasant in Fallon&Brynes very recently.

In Ireland it's possible to source them via an excellent poultry breeder in Co Leitrim.

Lawlors on the Upr Rathmines Road and in Mortons stock pheasant, mallard and grouse regularly through the season. You can also order goose from them and pretty much anything else.
