A great away win for Connacht.

Also another example of the strength of the ML versus the GP.

Fantastic result for Connacht. Going to Worcester and getting a win is an exceptionally difficult thing to do. Very, very strong at home.

Excellent result.A win and 3 tries away to a gp team like Worcester is not something which happens for us every day.Great stuff.

Another win at home next week is essential for us to show we can put good performances back to back and to push for at least a home q/f and hopefully a top 2 seeding

there's defiently a team buildig at connaught.

cronin and muldoon as captain keatley, carr etc.

Further goes to show the importance of Connacht in developing players. That's huge experience for the likes of Keatley, Carr and Cronin etc to go away to a GP team and win.

As a Connacht man, I'll accept the fact we're never going to be able to compete with the other 3 provinces but in terms of Ireland, Connacht is a crucial development opportunity for players.

still i expect more connacht player to be in the trainning squad this year. i will be very annoyed if carr doesnt get a luck in, im not saying he should get in the 22, but in an extended training squad.

off all the provences, munster performance was the worse this weekend and they bet the french champs, :D:

Not wanting in any way to devalue Connacht's superb achievement in beating an English Premiership side away but how seriously are Worcester taking the ECC? They lost at home to Montpellier as well didn't they? Yet they're showing some good form in the EP.

In fairness that was pretty much as good a team as Worcester could put out yesterday. A quick scan of their side which started against London Irish shows 12 of the same team. Also Rico Gear who started against London Irish was down to start but picked up a knock before kick off so that would be 13 and also Grove who came into the centre is an up and coming player and wouldn't weaken the side.

This would have been a fair point to raise after the Montpellier team where they rested all bar a handful of their first choice side but this was a win on merit for us and we were missing the likes of JOC, Andrew Browne,Adrian Flavin and our starting 12 Keith Matthews as well which would have added to the squad.

Delighted about the result, and looking forward to the return leg on Friday night even more now. Anyone know how the new Kiwi lad Naoupu (sp?) got on?

great result, well dont Connacht..really hope Fionn Carr is involved with the 6N's training squad, saw Clontarf Shannon at the weekend with a hopeless Ian Dowling playing centre being run over time and again by the Clontarf 12...mind u Felix Jones was a class apart for Shannon.
