Sorry but search isn't allowing the search terms so had to start this thread.
Anyway, was just wondering if anyone knew why TV3 had either stopped showing the "V" remake, or if they'd moved it to another night/slot.
Not the best of shows but still got into the story and there's f*ck all else on at that time on a thurs night, so I'm curious as to whther TV3's first attempt at scifi has fallen by thr wayside or if it's just been postponed due to soem other factor.
    Thanks in advance...

There are only 4 episodes this side of Xmas. Tv3 have shown them all.

    Returns in the new year.

It's on hiatus in the States at the moment until next March so it won't be back on TV3 until at least then. Not sure if it bodes too well for the shows long term future tbh

Thanks for the quick replies, can't say I heard TV3 mention anything about it being off air till new year...thought they postponed it last week for that Bertie interview, but when it failed to show up this week too, I thought they just cancelled it.
TBH I doubt the show has a long term future but I have to expect that they at least had the balls to make a complete miniseries a la the original...if they don't get around to any of the subsequent 80's series then it's no big loss IMO...

Before the last episode they said it was the last of the series so in fairness they did warn us.

So retarded to have such a big break for a show that is only four episodes old

I suppose it ended with a big end, can't see it not returning.

That was only a warm up series to warm you up - more episodes coming in the Spring (in the US, anyway, due around March). In the meantime, you can become an ambassador...
