    Most artists or bands traditionally try to do all the work themselves.
    Uasually 1 person is left to sort the gigs, do the posters try and round up everybody.
    In this industry no band has ever sucedded without having a manager in place, but yet 99.9% of bands dont have a manager, thus they wonder as they play to 2-4 people in the "pint bar" why o why do we rehearse 2-3 times a week for this and then the only intrest is when you play the agreed "cover number" but your body and soul is really in all the good stuff you have.
    I dont promise the next level, I dont garantee playing in the O2 next month but what i will put in place is a structure and a strategy that will at least increase your chances of making it.
    Facts- I have 20 yrs expierience in this industry from doing roadie - pre and post production, Played with over 20 bands, and have my own sucessfull busisness. I have contacts in marketing, PR, branding and within the industry.
    If you are tired of being where you are now, want some help or support then PM me. I dont charge and only want to ensure that if we work together, you retain your usical creativity and music rights, we have some fun along the way and in the end when the end comes , you know you tried your best.

    Hi im Robert im in a band and we are in such a situation as you described. We found our new drummer and band name recently and are recording live again soon, we've yet to find a bass player that fits so we'll put the bass on the tracks later ourselvs, we should have new songs on myspace in the new year.
