Hi just a quick question I think you might be able to answer. Basically my situation is in 18 and on Disability allowance, I think that automatically entitles me to the medical card. But if my parents income was taken into account id nowhere near qualify. Do I fill out the standard form and if not how do I apply?

iregardless of your status if you are not in full time employment you should be entitled to a medical card.

    students are entitled
    unemployed are entitled

so im guessing you most likely are entitled. just fill out the form get your doctor(or a doc you want to use) to stamp it and send it in to your local health clinic. it should take about 6 to 8 weeks but its worth having. hope this helps
