    I honestly couldn't give two tugs of a dead dogs cóck.
    Just as long as he didn't increase the price of smokes to support a huge tax break for hair dyeing consumers.

    I don't think there's any doubt about it, he definitely does. Either that or he had a bit of trouble shaking the toner in the photocopier while he was running off 166 copies of his later junior cert maths assignment.
