Killing my Turkey

    This year i decided to raise my own Turkey for Christmas.
    Her time in this world is almost up and i was wondering does anyone have ny tips for the killing?
    I've seacrhed the net and one suggestion is to cut the head off in one go and the other is to break the neck but i cannot find any diagrams to show where to cut or break. I dont want to cause my Turkey any more pain than neccesary.
