Odd WGT624v3 Problem.

Im wondering if anyone else here has encountered this problem...

I have a Netgear WGT624v3 (latest firmware) connected to an Irish Broadband cable modem (Breeze package). There are 3 Windows Vista Laptops, a Macbook, a PS3 a 360, and a Linux Mint box all running at various times, but never all at once.

The problem is that every now and then the outer seems to kick one or all the laptops off the next work. The windows machines get an error saying the security settings are wrong, but I have checked them and everything is as it should be. Windows checks the connection again and says the problem cannot be repaired. The Mac is rarely kicked off but when it happens, it give "Connection Timeout" when trying to re-connect. Usually the problem is fixed by unplugging the Netgear for 10 seconds, which gets annoying twice a day every day.

Anyone else come across this, or have a suggestion for fixing it?
