    Any reputable studios should be able to do it for you although some artists won't because they're difficult to do, just call into or phone Snakebite or Celestial Ring. Be warned though they won't last forever and are difficult to heal. Because they are surface piercings and because theres generally lots of movement in your hips. So don't be surprised if it rejects in a month or so. I have no idea about price so just ask the piercer. Best of luck if you do get it done though :)
