    My company were investigated last year for not paying proper wages to the staff, i.e bank hols, annual leave, sunday pay and basically just having people on the wrong rates of pay.....
    He was suppossed to gp over the last 3 years and pay out all of what was owed to the staff..... he did not do this, he only paid some of them... he gave a list of full refunds to the employment authority of what he supposidly paid out and they just took it at that...

    I've always wanted to make an anonomous complaint about him but i just dont know who to contact, still to this day, people ring our office crying over holiday pay not been paid and money there owed and he just laughes it off, I wish i could leave but obviousy with the way things are I cant.....

    Can I report him to someone??
