projectors(power and portable)

    Hi all
    I want to get a projector and looking for a bit of help
    What i need it for is to project images outside which i will be taking pics of
    As I wont have a power supply I was thinking of pocket projectors
    If I could power the projector Id buy a proper one but need the power supply to be quiet
    What I need to know is...will a pocket projector be as good and could what would I need to power a normal projector.
    I need the image projected to be a decent size and quaility

    I doubt that a pocket projector would be suitable for the purpose you describe. They don't have a very strong light output and projectors generally need to have a light controlled environment to produce a decent image in terms of contract and acurate colour reproduction - light from any source other than the projector falling on the projection surface or screen will wash out the image very easily.

    it really depends on exactly the kind of environment and purpose you want this for - the size of the image, location, ambient light conditions etc. If you can give us some more information it might be possible to make some helpful suggestion.
