Limerick Band Seeking Bassist

    Hi There,

    We are a 4 piece band in based in Limerick and are looking for a bassist.
    A Bassist who could potentially sing backup/harmonies would be fantastic.
    We currently have a

    Acoustic Rhythm Guitar/Lead Vocalist,
    Lead Electric Guitar/Backup Vocalist,
    Congas player and all things percussion
    Saxaphonist/ Backup Vocalist

    We have regular gigs set up in one of Limericks leading pubs for after Xmas. Will probably have a few gigs over Xmas aswell. Current Setlist includes 30 songs so a competent bassist is neede to learn all songs. All are well known though

    I'm gigging with another band at the moment but if ye need a bass player to fill in and i'm free on the night i'd be happy to help.

    Hi,

    I've gotten a few replies from others from the ULmusic scoiety etc and would like to meetup or have a phone call and discuss details with ppl interested. Hopefully some point in December/January a music session also to see whether potential candidates fit the bill.
    I guess that way makes the best sense to us. The only thing I would say is we would like a guarantee that for regular gigs, we have someone dependable. Filling in maybe an option, but our priority right now is finding someone to be a full memeber of the band.
