    Hi folks,

I'm going to get Humax HD freesat box and cancel sky sub.
I'm going to lose RTE1,2,TV3 etc.

Can anyone recommend an ariel so I can pick them up? (I have dreaded memories of snowy pictures from ariels years ago)

    I'm in Westmeath (mullingar area)

Stick a UHF Group B aerial on the roof and you'll be in business. You'll point it NW towards Cairn Hill in Co. Longford.

If you're about to buy a Freesat box you might consider a combo Freesat/DTT decoder. Cairn Hill is churning out DTT, I picked it up in Mountmellick a few weeks ago.
