What is a reasonable rate per hour to pay an engineer or architect
to liaise on a neighbours development.
Check out planning drawings and consult on boundary treatment.
    Site visits and phonecalls

    Can you advise

Is this agreed with the neighbour? If not, your engineer or architect will not be able to set foot on their property.

would be of the higher end... shop around.

why dont you and your neighbour get together an simply pay one architect / engineer who is independent of both of you.... both of you seem to be paying for the same service....

    Long story,they don't have a professional just a builder
So we are both really wondering what is reasonable
