Is it dodgy to sell an iPhone on eBay? I noticed a couple on here who bad experiences selling phones on eBay. Is adverts.ie better?

How would a second hand iPhone sell for? It's already jailbroken.

Don't see why it would. It's not stolen is it?

It's better as in it's free but it may take longer to sell.

Why don't you go to eBay and search for your spec of iphone? That way you will get an idea of what they are selling for.

    Am i missing something here?

surely if the phone is legit and is exactly how you describe it in the ad there shouldn't be a problem?

I prefer selling expensive stuff like iPhone through adverts.ie though as you're more likely to get a buyer around where you live (dublin in my case) and you can save on postage plus you give the buyer piece of mind as they can test it working before handing over their cash.

Dont see why it would be. If you are going to be posting it make sure it's well packaged and insured.
