FWIW I have a Frosts Not this model but similar, The rubber handle is very handy as is the plastic sheath.
The Carbon steel blade is my preference but you may prefer the S/S model.
This UK site has them for reasonable prices.

These 2 brands always came up time after time on the UK hunting forums when asking for good hunting knifes. I have and use these knifes all the time.

The Mora Frost I use for gralloching, skining and butching deer and rabbits. Very good, cheap and do the job. About €10-20.

The other one I always take with me is the Opinel folding knife. Again very cheap and does the job well. About €12 at good dealers.

I use this Stevo for exactly what you do, fish and birds and sometimes rabbit. I got it off a mate who never used it. I dont know what the brand is like but i cant fault it at all. Great knife and i seen the same at Birr for around 40 euro's i think.
It has kept its edge and iv been using it for about a year.

    Blade is about 3 1/2 - 4 inches long.
Does anyone know what this brand is like??

Marttini make good cutlery, I find the Scandinavian knives are all pretty good, My preference is for carbon rather than stainless but thats personal and I don't mind caring for them a bit more.
