    Hi guys
My hubbie and I are hosting dinner for his family the day after St Stephens Day. I want to make something special and Christmassy but not Turkey and the trimmings as I think they will be fed up of that.
The MIL doesn't like Duck or Pork, oh and I need a fish dish as the SIL doesn't eat meat and a meat dish as my hubbie doesn't eat fishh :-) 7 adults and 3 kids :-)
I think Pea soup with choice of bacon or garlic croutons for starters and a chocolate and cream bomb for dessert, but mains has be stumped.
