    Hello,

My contract in my current job has run out. I am still working, however, the HR department are going to send me my new contract to sign however they still have not got around to doing this.

If for example, i wanted to leave the company (after christmas) am I still required to give notice etc as technically I'm not even working there anymore?

    Any other implications with this?

Keep chasing HR until you get a new contract. You are left open to a whole host of implications if you dont get one.The onus is on you to pursure it.

Off the top of my head pay/working hours/conditions/performance appraisals/bonuses - pretty much anything to do with the job.

Now most companies wouldnt try anything dodgy but just in case.
