Pistol barrel problems

I'm having a problem with a KJW M9 pistol, same as this one.

    http://short.ie/wkgwi4

The pistol will fire perfectly and re-cock, but if I angle the front of the barrel down the BB just rolls straight out, this will happen 9 times out of 10. Manually cocking the pistol does not produce this, only cocking via the blow back. Any ideas on what's causing this or how to fix it?

On a related note, I took the magazine apart and there were pieces of cardboard in the gas chamber. Is this normal?

    Cheers

Its most likely the hopup not holding the BB in place after its been chambered, it could be down to it not being positioned correctly but its most common cause is excessive oil or grease in there. :)

Excellent, a nice easy fix then :)

And the cardboard pieces in the magazine gas chamber... it was how I got them so I'll assume it normal?

I've never seen cardboard in any of my mags. I'd take it out.
