trojan trouble

please help. my anti virus keeps flashing up thats its quarantined a trojan horse but the damn thing is obviously still in my computer, my internet connection has slowed to a crawl or slower even. please help

hi

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.
Disable any script blocking protection

Double click dds.pif to run the tool.

When done, two DDS.txts will open.

Save both reports to your desktop.

Please include the contents of the following in your next reply:

DDS.txt
Attach.txt.
