    Single room en-suite available for 2nd academic semester in Broadstone Student Residence, Constitution Hill, Phibsborough, Dublin 7. Ideal for DIT students of Bolton St/Cathal Brugha St. Rent works out at €135 weekly. Paid in 1 lump sum. Very nice accommodation. Sharing with 5 other DIT students, 3 girls, 2 guys. Room consists of en-suite, study desk, chair, wardrobe, locker, shelving, TV connection, single bed. Please spread the word if you know of anyone. Also convenient for Trinity College and DIT Kevin St/Aungier St. Bus stop right outside the door. 19/19a run every 20 minutes. Bus journey 15-20 mins for TCD, 20-25 for the remaining two.
